WHAT’S NEW
Happy New Year!
Looks like we have lots to look forward to in the district for the new year; right now, several storefronts are announcing businesses coming to FAB Fulton, and a few more debuted during the holiday season. Make note of these new additions:
- Ark Bagels is transforming the space at 1001 Fulton for a new location
- National chain IM=x Pilates is prepping a state-of-the-art studio at 1027 Fulton
- Yori Box (1 Greene), now open, offers made-to-order Korean fried chicken and rice bowls
- Physical therapy center Spear is set to debut a new location at 990 Fulton
- Our BID’s first state-licensed cannabis dispensary, By Any Other Name (946 Fulton), arrived in late November
- Moka & Co cafe, a chain featuring Yemeni Coffee, will open at 725 Fulton
- Last month, two businesses took over the space at 9 Greene! Now open: Mr. Barber and professional tailors Beckemberg Atelier
We’re excited about these new small businesses that will undoubtedly contribute to the vibrancy and liveliness of the FAB Fulton district!

GET YOUR SELECTION IN NOW: FAB FLICKS COMMUNITY CHOICE
Here at FAB, we’re busy planning for the upcoming warm-weather event season and look forward to presenting a collection of cool movies to enjoy under the stars in our FAB Flicks program.
We need your help for our 2025 season!
We asked what you’d like to see, and we heard some good suggestions from a few of you — but we need more input! Feel free to drop us a line here and tell us your top 3 choices for summer outdoor movie nights. We’ll narrow the selections down for a final vote: at least one of our movie nights next summer will be the “Community Choice” flick. So, could you send us your picks today?
THANK YOU!
With still plenty of winter ahead of us, we are proud to announce that once again, the residents and members of the FAB Fulton community came through for the New York Cares coat drive! The successful coat collection effort, which we kicked off on Marathon Sunday, brought in over 115 warm coats for distribution by New York Cares.
Our office shipped off six boxes to the organization before Christmas and donated four bags of other miscellaneous items to the Salvation Army. Thank you to everyone who contributed through our collection sites: Brooklyn Plaza Medical Center, Ridgewood Savings Bank, Discovery Pit Stop, and 474 Clermont, because everyone deserves a coat! (And if you still want to give, please donate to New York Cares here; just $25 keeps 10 New Yorkers warm and provides essential programs that help break the cycle of poverty. Every dollar counts!)
